Why we built ClearProof

We kept seeing the same problem: talented clinicians building brilliant practices, only to see their reputation undermined by a handful of negative reviews from patients who never gave them a chance to make it right.

The issue isn't the quality of the treatments. It's the gap between when a patient leaves feeling disappointed and when they reach Google. In that gap, there's usually a conversation that could resolve everything — but it never happens because no one knows there's a problem until it's too late.

ClearProof closes that gap. The Firebreak system intercepts low satisfaction scores privately, alerts the clinic owner immediately, and gives them the chance to turn a complaint into a conversation before it becomes a 1-star review.
