1. Agreement

By signing up for ClearProof, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms with ClearProof ("we", "us").

2. Service Description

ClearProof provides an automated SMS reputation management system for UK aesthetic clinics and cosmetic dental practices, including the Firebreak system, satisfaction pulse messaging, and reporting.

3. Pricing and Billing

• Protect: £79/month — up to 150 patients
• Grow: £149/month — up to 400 patients
• Dominate: £229/month — unlimited

All prices exclusive of VAT where applicable. Billing commences when your system goes live.

4. Free Trial

Trial period as stated at sign-up. Billing begins automatically at trial end unless you cancel. No payment details required to start.

5. Cancellation

Cancel any time by emailing hello@clearproofhq.co.uk with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees. No refunds for partial months already billed.

6. Firebreak Disclaimer

ClearProof cannot guarantee all negative reviews will be prevented. Patients retain the right to post reviews independently of our system.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Ensuring appropriate GDPR grounds to contact patients by SMS
• Providing accurate patient names and mobile numbers
• Briefing reception staff on correct use of the trigger system

8. Data Protection

Both parties agree to comply with UK GDPR. ClearProof acts as data processor; the Client is data controller for patient data.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClearProof's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
